实录怪谈书籍《现代百物语 新耳袋》引起的风潮持续多年不退，书籍、TV、电影等等形式接连再现了现代怪谈的诡异风姿。在此之后，亲身前往的灵异之地探访的风潮也渐渐兴起。实录风格的《怪谈新耳袋突击！》接连推出，《怪谈新耳袋突击！》的作者小林银天、映画秘宝编辑部的田野边尚人、《怪谈新耳袋》的导演村上贤司等人组成的“新耳G男”以及他们的“非人类”搭档市松人偶小八探访日本各大灵异场所，遇到无数挑战和诡异情况。此次他们率队开赴东海道，探访了夜晚有幽灵出现的摄影工作室、地下埋藏死者的新宿公园、作为许多都市传说发源地的静冈某洞窟、经常目击UFO的爱知某山、丰桥某废弃的恐怖隧道…… 未知的路程再度开始。
London. Jarvis Dolan is a charismatic host of a radio show named "The Grim Reality", about news and actuality. Loudmouth, fun and ruthless in his speeches and ments, Jarvis is the most important radio star of the moment, entertaining the audience throughout the early morning with his intelligent programs on hot topics. Previous the job, Dolan is required by his boss Norman Burgess to have a brief talk about the fate of the program by the recent poor ratings, that reporting Dolan to accept to his former partner, Andrew Wilde, as co-host, in an attempt to improvement the show.
