女主跟男友相处了很久，决定带他见见母亲，回家的时候，却意外发现有陌生变态大叔跟踪，原来这个男人是母亲的老情人，母亲守寡后，这个男人又出现在她身边，二人一来二去，风骚的妈妈就把他撩上了床，但是母亲并不满足，在看到女儿的男朋友后，更是性欲旺盛，恰好女主的男朋友有恋母情结，也对这个放荡的岳母心存邪念，而另一边，女主却对变态大叔提起了性趣....

何巨峯(何浩文 饰),一代鸭王,做过歌手、明星。现在很少人叫他做鸭王,多数叫他做峯哥,更收入室徒弟 Dick(林子善 饰) 。在一次游艇派对上,峯巧遇第一次参加的电视台三四线姐仔 Monica (文凯玲 Connie 饰)。Monica 突然家中有急事,要立刻回去,峯帮忙用水上电单车带 Monica 回岸,Monica 感激而且对峯有好印象。Monica 回家後得知母亲病情严重,需要一大笔钱做手术,只好听从好姐妹 Sushi(锺采羲 Iris 饰)劝而处女下海。Monica 第一个客人就是上次游艇派对的搞手龙少(梁焯满 饰)。可惜Monica 保守古老,龙少事後还唱衰 Monica,令她没有客路。Monica 决定向鸭王拜师学做鸡,更开始对峯动了真感情。但峯其实一直有一个秘密女伴 Isabel (林莉娴 饰),峯是第一个令 Isabel 有高潮的男人。虽然互相爱着对方,但二人有协议,Isabel 结婚後,不再往来。Monica 学满师後接客,但心还是锺情师父峯哥。Isabel 婚礼当天,Monica 主动和峯做爱,二人关系由师徒变情侣。另一边,Monica 好姐妹 Sushi 想和情人 Dick 买楼,决定接受变态富豪大 Deal 哥 (何华超 饰)和妻子 Mona (梁敏仪 饰)的 4P 聚会,却双双被虐待致死。Monica 与峯决定和二人报仇,Monica 勾引大 Deal 哥,成功替二人报仇。峯决定放弃一切,与 Monica 到外国,不再回来这是非地。可惜 Isabel的丈夫发现峯与 Isabel 的关系,在 Monica 幻想着与峯将会过着幸福日子时,峯却处身危险之地...

整部影片用倒带一样的叙述方式，不断往前追溯，令人感到宿命的不可逃避。

　　爱里克斯（莫妮卡•贝鲁齐 Monica Bellucci饰）亮丽性感，独自行走在城市的地下道，却被酒醉的歹徒盯上。歹徒残忍的对她强暴施虐，让她美丽的脸庞变得血肉模糊。于是， 她的服了摇头丸的男友马尔克什（文森特·卡塞尔 Vincent Cassel 饰），带着朋友闯进各式各样的酒吧，寻找凶手报仇。他们意识接近失控，举起灭火筒猛砸疑凶脑袋。

　　然而，就在这些血腥的事件之前，爱里克斯和男友过着幸福生活，他们感情甜腻，爱里克斯腹中还有了男友的孩子。然而，在接下来的12个小时里，所有的线索，都不可撤消的把爱里克斯引向了那个噩梦般的深渊。

决定和女友进行初体验的敏赫早上10点带着恐惧和兴奋起床， 但因为紧张而毁掉了初体验。 智秀要跟他分手。 他自责，叫来朋友惠京喝酒。 第二天早上，敏赫睁开眼睛，看到10点的闹钟。 发现自己循环着初体验之日。 接受这一现实后，敏赫开始培养自己的床上功夫。

　　Dong-hyeon and Yong-joon coincidentally meet at an acting audition. A strange gentleman appears in front of the both of them who are sick of failing at these auditions and suggests something to them. Meanwhile, Ayaka comes to Korea with her best friend Saori to meet her fiancé, Min-joon's parents. She runs into Dong-hyeon and Yong-joon who ask her to star in something and although she's not up for it, she's ushered into doing it by Shiori who loves handsome men. They move locations to a run-down facility and suddenly all exits are blocked and the four of them are trapped. Ayaka looks for an exit but instead finds cameras put up everywhere and gets the feeling that they are being watched. She suspects Yong-joon and Dong-hyeon of being behind this. Suddenly, young men overdosed with gas appear out of no where and try to rape Ayaka and Shiori. Dong-hyeon and Yong-joon fight them to save the women. All this is recorded live and sent to a crowd who is watching from a theater,enjoying it. Yong-joon and Shiori escape into another room but soon they are gassed and they suddenly want each other so bad. Then Shiori loses her mind and kills Yong-joon. Min-joon is watching this amongst the crowd at the theater. What happened between Ayaka and Min-joon...?
