　　园子温新片讲述导演小林正的新片“假面”招募演员，吸引大批想入行的女人前来报名，但是条件只有一个：必须通过实体书信邮寄，而正是红色的邮筒，将所有角色串联到了一起……

　　The film centers around a girl who inherits a miniature horse that develops an unlikely friendship with her half-sister's Jack Russell Terrier, who takes to riding on the horse's back.

　　Louise（瓦莱丽亚·布诺妮-泰特琪 Valeria Bruni Tedeschi 饰）遇到Nathan（路易斯·加瑞尔 Louis Garrel 饰）后，重新开始做梦。影片还描述了Louise患病的兄长和母亲的故事，以及意大利企业家大家庭的宿命。故事展现了一个家庭的分崩离析，一个世界的终止和一段爱情的悄然展开。

　　Leyla and Adam have had a happy marriage for years. However, after a while, their marriage becomes a dead end. Adem, who falls in love with the woman named Nergis who comes across this period, cannot think of anyone other than Nergis. However, Nergis, who took the mind of Adam, has no intention of moving to another life from the one-man world he founded.

　　年近而立的金光（高晓攀 饰）一直靠父母养活，绝望之下自杀未果，再找工作屡遭挫折，好不容易认识一心仪女孩小麦（张杨果而 饰），结果反而弄巧成拙。万般无奈之下，他尊从父母之命参加相亲，最终以败北告终。金光把一切原因归罪于父母，父亲（由力 饰）也因金光的事突发脑出血住院，这时的金光如梦方醒，感觉自已太不懂事了。小麦帮他找了一份超市收银员的工作，金光总算脱离了啃老的行列。工作后的金光再次向小麦表达爱意，不料小麦告诉他自已早已结婚，金光听后很是失落。这时突接小麦电话求助，她丈夫逃逸中遭遇车祸急需输血，而金光父子的稀有血型救了她丈夫的命......

　　故事分成三個章節：主要的章節由高達親自飾演導演，正要趕乘飛機，在24小時內把一部電影的菲林交給監製；同時一隊二人流行電子音樂組合，不斷排練歌曲，最後在路上表演；另一邊廂，愚笨的大肥佬捲入一宗事件，被神秘女人密切監視，最後更被拘捕。三段故事看似毫無關連，實際是高達以電影來討論電影製作和藝術創作的重要。片名看似帶有弦外之音，就像高達暗示，假如監製或其他人要干擾導演的藝術創作，就索性我行我素，忠於自己的道路好了。這大概亦示範了高達如何純熟地運用電影媒體來做評論。
　　A film in three chapters: Godard plays the director in the main chapter, rushing to catch a plane to pass the negatives to his producer within 24 hours; an electronic duo keeps rehearsing for their roadshow; a clumsy fat man gets involved in an incident, and is arrested after being watched by a mysterious woman. Seemingly unrelated events, Godard is discussing the importance of film producer and artistic creativity. Godard is making the statement that if a producer or anyone interferes with creativity, it is better for the artist to go one's own way. A showpiece of how Godard uses the film media as his critical essay.
