此剧讲述通过线上聊天认识的电视剧作家志愿生“简”和梦想成为法国厨师的“善良斯夫”，从网络到现实中相遇相爱，因为双方对于爱情的时机认知不同而经历分分合合后再度重逢，最终找到爱情“最佳温度”的浪漫爱情喜剧。

韩国SBS电视台新日日剧定名为《丑八怪警报》（音译）。当初暂定名为《Bravo my life》的该剧由演员姜素拉和林周焕联袂主演。《丑八怪警报》是部讲述由于父母的再婚，成为两个兄妹家长的一个男人通过毫无代价的牺牲，体现亲情，最终打破沟通壁垒的家庭剧。曾携手打造人气剧的《我的爱丑八怪》 郑智友作家和申允燮导演时隔六年再度牵手而更受观众期待。
