《今天只做一「健」事》是個 【為幫市民解決一切健康相關和「身、心、 靈」的問題】 的資訊清談節目。一星期五集將會以五個單元，圍繞著五個不同的出發點：「 人人關健事」、「無料做膳事」、「教你運Gut事」、「八卦周 圍事」、「身心有趣事／週末救心遊」。每星期一連五日，主持人將分別從「人際關係、飲食食療、運動健身、 環境外物、身心靈」五大方向中選擇最適合的健康資訊帶給觀眾。運動、飲食 至到生活習慣一切與健康都會屬於大家的「醫健事」，而心靈和情緒更是不容忽視，所以本節目將會全方位集中「身、心、靈」的資訊給大家。希望觀眾看完《今天只做一「健」事》後，無論在任何處境和身份之下碰到健康難題都可以處變不驚，解決港人的疑難和雜症。

《一本好书》第二季是由实力文化和腾讯视频联合出品的大型场景式读书节目，关正文担任节目总导演。 节目以360度沉浸式舞台化场景，以舞台戏剧、片段朗读、影像图文插播等手段，呈现10本书的情节冲突、人物性格、优美语言。
