聚焦“全职爸爸”育儿现象，探讨社会新形态家庭相处经营模式。既有第一季两组家庭的回归，又有两组新家庭爸爸首次体验全职生活，开启当家生活。观察室打造“全职爸爸互助会”概念，邀请育儿专家及有育儿经验的父母以及新晋奶爸对四位爸爸的日常进行观察探讨，为全民爸妈提供科学育儿思路。
曾红及一时的《恋爱巴士》是征选单身男女参加的恋爱实境节目，由4男3女搭乘粉红色恋爱巴士展开异国之旅，对有好感的对象告白时，会给对方机票，若告白成功，双方接吻并一起回到日本交往；若遭拒绝则只有告白者独自下车回国，并由新成员递补加入旅程
