《今天只做一「健」事》是個【為幫市民解決一切健康相關和「身、心、靈」的問題】的資訊清談節目。一星期五集將會以五個單元，圍繞著五個不同的出發點：「人人關健事」、「無料做膳事」、「教你運Gut事」、「八卦周圍事」、「身心有趣事／週末救心遊」。每星期一連五日，主持人將分別從「人際關係、飲食食療、運動健身、環境外物、身心靈」五大方向中選擇最適合的健康資訊帶給觀眾。運動、飲食至到生活習慣一切與健康都會屬於大家的「醫健事」，而心靈和情緒更是不容忽視，所以本節目將會全方位集中「身、心、靈」的資訊給大家。希望觀眾看完《今天只做一「健」事》後，無論在任何處境和身份之下碰到健康難題都可以處變不驚，解決港人的疑難和雜症。

简介：「警察抓小偷」是一种捉迷藏型游戏：警察抓到小偷后将其关进监狱，而其他小偷若触碰被关在监狱的小偷，则可将其释放。李泳知某天突然表示想玩这个游戏，於是透过 IG 限时动态招募参加者，没想到申请人数多达约10万人。最后，她只好找上罗PD求助。虽然罗爸爸看起来有些无奈，但最终还是答应了女儿的请求 XD。游戏正式拍摄於上个月19日，在上岩洞文化储备基地完成，规模创下历代之最。李泳知在预告中幽默表示：「当然这一天也跑完这辈子的步。」
