《乱“室”英雄》是一档家居整理生活服务类节目，打造“乱室英雄改造团”，以“空间整理 人生疗愈”双线模式，直击人们生活中的“乱室”现象，用科学的方式“整理生活”。从焕新空间到激活人生，开启崭新的正向循环。
據統計，市民每年向滲水辦舉報的個案，平均接近4萬宗。當中更有三成個案，狀況逾兩年仍未能解決，只因滲水問題往往非常複雜，如涉及業權、負責部門等。由「大師兄」錢嘉樂領軍的《滴水不漏拯救隊》，會聯同驗樓師、公正行人員、裝修達人、律師，實地前往個案家居，以專業角度調查滲水源頭，尋求根治方法。主持團隊還有李旻芳、林秀怡、曾錦燊，每集提供小貼士或帶來簡單實驗，讓大家測試自己單位可有滲水情況，並預防問題出現！
