第三季由尼格买提和撒贝宁带领不同领域的社会精英与明星嘉宾以及央视主持人们，去到三处目的地：贵州、海南、北京。以“小草”、“房子改造”、“种珊瑚”、“一场心愿音乐会”等事件为载体展开内容。
