　　HBO剧《继承 Succession》由电影《大空头》编剧导演Adam McKay执导并监制﹑Jesse Armstrong（负责编剧）与Will Ferrell参与制作，现定于美国时间6月3日首播。该剧围绕国际媒体巨头Roy一家的家庭丑闻内幕，这虽是虚构的故事，不过主创表示剧集有影射媒体巨子Sumner Redstone。
　　剧中Logan Roy及他的四个孩子控制着全球最大的媒乐媒体集团之一，年迈的父亲（Brian Cox饰）开始退出公司，而他的孩子则思索如何抓紧机会继承这帝国。其余演员包括Jeremy Strong﹑Hiam Abbass﹑Sarah Snook﹑Kieran Culkin﹑Alan Ruck﹑Nicholas Braun﹑Matthew Macfadyen﹑Natalie Gold﹑Peter Friedman及Rob Yang。

　　本剧是星际旅行系列电视剧的最新一部,但故事的源头却很古老,故事开始于星际旅行历代剧目之前,可以说是星际旅行的前传。时间设定大约是地球公元2150年左右,距离人类科学家第一次发现曲速原理一百年后。人类经过近百年的艰辛努力,终于成功研制第一套可以稳定超光速飞行的曲速引擎,并为之建造了一艘人类历史上最大的太空飞船,Enterprise!这艘飞船,是人类几代努力的结晶,它象征着人类不断进取,努力前进的精神!并将带我们进入那"人类前所未至的宇宙洪荒"!!
　　星际旅行: 进取号时间设定在星际联邦成立几年以前，描写了Jonathan Archer舰长和进取号Enterprise (NX-01)的船员一起历险的故事。进取号是第一艘能以曲速5的速度航行的地球星舰, 使得它的船员们能和很多外太空的外星种族进行第一次接触。他们遇到了一些我们熟悉的种族如Tellarites和Andorians, 还有一个非常着名的叫Shran的Andorian人。这个系列在2154年行星联合成立时结束, 行星联合的建立引发了星际联邦(the United Federation of Planets,简写UFP)在2161年最终成立!!
　　Star Trek: Enterprise(星际旅行:进取号) 是Star Trek 星际旅行系列的第5部电视连续剧. 由Rick Berman 和 Brannon Braga创作, 2001年开播。设定在22世纪, 剧情随着 Enterprise进取号的航程而展开, 第一艘能达到曲速5的地球星舰。这部电视剧在很多地方打破了常规，它是唯一一部以正常的角色分派贯穿整部剧而且未作过任何更改的"星际旅行"系列电视剧，也是第一部以HDTV格式拍摄替代传统的4:3格式的"星际旅行"系列电视剧，也是第一个从整个系列的开始到结束全部采用电脑成像技术来表现飞船，也是唯一一部有带歌词的片头主题曲的"星际旅行"系列电视剧。这部电视剧原先的标题只有Enterprise进取号; "Star Trek"星际旅行是在第3季"Extinction"这一集才被加上去的。拍了四季以后, 这个系列被UPN 在2005年2月2日终止了, 最后一集在5月13日播放结束。自从the original series系列以后这也是首部被提前终止的"星际旅行"系列电视剧,也是第一个少于7季的系列, 但还有一点比TOS系列长一些，就是总算拍了98集。 网络上说进取号被终止的原因是因为收视率不高，第3季和第4季的集数都被减少了，更严重点说，很多爱好者认为整个系列并不连贯, 特别要归咎于它的黑暗风格, 而且在第3和第4季更加黑暗。

　　【关于片名的问题】说到这艘飞船的名字Enterprise,之前很多台湾译者将之翻译成"企业"号.如果各位查过字典,就可以知道，Enterprise有企业,或进取心的意思.经过我们对于星际旅行剧目内容的认真研究,大陆采用"进取"号的译名.就历史渊源来说,Enterprise,曾是美国历史上第一架航天飞机进取号的名字,虽然它没有起飞,却象征着人类对于未来永无止境的探索精神,进取精神!

　　斯拉（罗伯·希普斯 Rob Heaps 饰）是一个非常普通的男人，他做梦也没有想到，有一天，一位名为伊娃的美女会闯进自己的生活，还成为了自己的妻子。就在新婚的幸福还未完全消退之际，伊娃以迅雷不及掩耳之势卷走了斯拉的所有财产，就此消失不见。
　　在斯拉寻找伊娃的过程里，他遇到了理查德（帕克·扬 Parker Young 饰），理查德也在寻找着他的妻子爱丽丝，两个男人一通气，发现他们的境遇惊人的相似，而他们所寻找的伊娃和爱丽丝，很有可能就是同一个女人。之后，第三个受害者也浮出了水面。三人一拍即合，开始了他们和女骗子周旋的猫鼠游戏。

　　在一次反恐行动中，由于情报失误，英国特警部队误杀了一名怀抱孩子的中东移民，负责行动队的首长决定将这宗丑闻彻底抹去，遂找来了知道真相的队员们统一口径，录制假口供。刑侦队长史蒂夫（马丁·康普斯顿 Martin Compston 饰）对于首长的决定十分不满，于是辞去了职务，被调往隶属于英国反贪署的秘密行动组。
　　史蒂夫的任务是调查一位名为托尼（连尼·詹姆斯 Lennie James 饰）的侦缉总督察，他因为涉嫌贪污而被列入了监视的名单。史蒂夫和女警探凯特（薇琪·麦克卢尔 Vicky McClure 饰）一同打入了托尼所领导的小组内部，史蒂夫却意外的发现，凯特还有另外一重秘密的身份。

　　Borgen is about the political power play in Denmark today. It is a drama series that deals with the personal costs and consequences of the struggle for power for the people at the centre of both the political world and the media.
　　We meet a very different Birgitte Nyborg (Sidse Babett Knudsen) in the third season than the person we last saw speaking from the lectern in parliament. She is no longer prime minister. It is two and a half years since she called an election in which she failed to win the required number of seats to maintain the existing government. Nyborg had to resign, and chose at the same time to step down as party leader in order to make way for new, up-and-coming figures. She has thus left politics, and is now a highly-paid speaker in the business world. She also sits on several major boards, which requires her to do a lot of travelling.
　　Her old party, the Moderates, has changed course somewhat. The current party leader is Birgitte's former crown prince, Jacob Kruse (Jens Jacob Tychsen), who previously betrayed her, after which she "promoted" him to the post of EU Commissioner to get rid of him. He has contributed to pulling the Moderates in a more conservative direction, so that even on the immigration issue, the party is beginning to approach the politics of the current government, led by Lars Hesselboe.
　　Birgitte Nyborg has consciously tried to put political life in Denmark behind her, but she begins to pay more and more attention to the change of course in the Moderate party. It becomes increasingly difficult for her to observe from the sidelines the political deals that the Moderate are entering into. During a talk she is holding for yet another group of Danish businesspeople, it all suddenly becomes too much for her. She can no longer brush off the recurring question of "what she would do if she were Prime Minister". Now she chooses to respond, and to show commitment.
　　She makes the decision to return to politics.
　　Katrine (Birgitte Hjort Sørensen ) and Kasper (Pilou Asbæk) now have a baby son, Gustav, but the couple has already split up. Kasper could not live in a relationship with Katrine once they became a small family, so they now live separately and share equally in looking after Gustav. Katrine is still working a lot as a leading anchor on TV1, and must draw a great deal on her mother to help her to get her everyday life to function. Kasper has been given an analytical political magazine programme on TV1 ("Juul & Friis") with TV1's news director, Torben Friis.
　　Torben Friis (Søren Malling) is still head of news at TV1 News, and is comfortable with this position. He is put to the test when he acquires a new, younger boss, and this affects him both professionally and privately.
　　We follow the former prime minister's return to the political arena. Whereas the parliament once was Birgitte Nyborg's workplace as party leader and prime minister, it has now become the goal of her efforts. This season deals with the innermost building block of democracy - how to formulate a position and find supporters for it.
　　In the third season of Borgen, the writers ask the question: "CAN YOU ACHIEVE POWER AND REMAIN YOURSELF?"

　　Pierce Brosnan饰演Eli，是McCullough家族如神一般存在的元老。他小的时候曾被绑架，在印第安人的科曼奇族部落被抚养长大，因此他也把科曼奇族 残暴的世界观用在了他的商业事务中。他出生在得克萨斯州宣布独立成为共和国的那一天，所以又被人叫做“德州长子”；可以说他是野性西部的“遗物”，不满德州不可阻挡的被驯化的过程，同时也对自己遗产的未来忧心忡忡。

　　Showtime宣布续订Kevin Bacon及Aldis Hodge主演的《#山巅之城# City on a Hill》第二季。

　　Morse is taken seriously ill at a museum reception and is hospitalized. In the hospital, Supt. Strange, visits Morse to push him to take early retirement, while Dr. Millicent 'Millie' Van Buren gives him her book on a 140 year-old court case known as the Oxford Canal Murders. The case involved the murder and rape of a young woman, Mrs Joanna Franks, traveling by canal boat from Coventry to London. The case resulted in three boatmen being sentenced to death and two of them hanged. Morse starts to read Millie's book and dreams about it. He soon has a number of problems with the case.
　　Why weren't the three men also charged with theft? Why did Mrs Franks take a boat instead of a train that was much faster and comfortable and only slightly more expensive? Why didn't she abandon the boat after she complained about lewd behavior of the crew at the shipping office in Banbury? Why did she then drink and 'socialise' with the crew? What happened to her 'carpet bag' with which she arrived on the boat but which was not mentioned in the court case, nor was it stored in the archives with her, almost empty, trunk? The trunk was marked with initials of her first husband who had died. How did it happen that her shoes were found on the boat but nobody saw her return to the boat from the forest?
　　PC Adrian Kershaw does some brilliant leg work for Morse. He studied history and has invaluable background knowledge. For instance, he mentions that the boatmen had bad reputation because they worked on Sundays and did not attend church. Later a chapel was built for them in Oxford.
　　The dead woman's clothes and the shoes found on the boat are submitted to modern forensic investigation. The result is that the shoes did not belong to the dead woman found in the water because she was much taller.The shoes were never used in the forest.
　　Only Mrs Franks' husband, Charles Franks, was called to identify the body of the dead woman. He claimed that, while her face was darkened and disfigured, he found a birth mark behind her ear. The prosecutor welcomed that information "that only a husband or a lover would know". The accused were not shown the body. The defense attorney merely claimed that the guilt of the three men was not proved. All three accused claimed to the end that they were innocent. One of them was not executed because he embraced Christianity in prison.
　　Morse instructs Kershaw to investigate if Charles Franks benefited from his wife's death and, indeed, he pocketed 300 pounds insurance money. Case closed: Charles Franks murdered a tall women and dropped her in the canal after meeting Joanna in the forest. If Joanna Franks jumped off the boat at the same time as the dead body hit the water, she swam to the bank and joined her husband. The couple changed their names, in the case of 'Charles Franks' a second time after he 'died' as Joanna's first husband. The fourth boatman, a youngster who was not charged, was probably paid by Joanna to give false testimony.
　　Morse travels to Ireland and has a grave of Joanna's first husband exhumed. The coffin contains bags of sand and some stones.
