《养生堂》开播于2009年，在BTV北京卫视频道播出，首 播：每天17:25，重 播：每天05:03，主持人是刘洪悦和刘婧。 《养生堂》节目采用演播室访谈结合专题片的方式，以“传播养生之道、传授养生之术”为宗旨，秉承传统医学理论，根据中国传统养生学“天人合一”的指导思想，系统介绍中国传统养生文化、同时有针对性的介绍实用养生方法。
